Synopsis

Facilitation skills is for anyone in an organization who are tasked with managing people to derive decisions and achieve results. This may be in meetings, focus sessions, problem-solving groups and corporate events. Facilitators must be able to cope with uncertainty, knowing that things may not turn out as predicted or hoped for. This course will teach the key techniques that facilitators need to be able to achieve effective results.
